I have a samsung RV520, and a few days i`ve reinstalled my windows, my mistake was that i`ve forgot that i had the option to Reset Factory Settings from support center and now I started fresh with every driver downloaded separatlly. I`ve succeded only the Lan, Audio and Nvidia Graphics card to install in any other drivers that i try to install it freezes my laptop don`t know what to do. Samsung Update Plus finds only the touchpad that also has succesfully installed it. I think that the problem is that i`ve updated the Bios from 02PQ to 07PQ because i`ve never had this kind of problems, the Notebook runed flowless so far. I have the Windows 7 Home Edition bought so i can`t download via SW update ( available for win8 ).

What is the solution in my case? - downgrade the bios? ( if this how can I achive this ) - reinstal the windows fresh ( done it 3 times the problem persists ) - is it possible to in a way get my factory settings back, throw any way? Please some thoughts for my problem i`m desperate.

Unless you deliberately wiped your disk or deleted the Recovery partition, you should be able to load Samsung Recovery by booting F4 and restore to factory from there. Hit F4 2-3 times per second immediately after power on. If you don't catch it the first time, just power off and try again.
It may take a few tries to catch it. Alternatively (if Recovery is lost or broken) you can re-install Windows again, using the EXACT steps in (post #40 in that thread, NOT the guides in posts #1 and #2). It looks big, but that's because it covers many different models. It really should be quite easy.
You want to download WiFi drivers before you start installation: you can download them on another computer (or even a tablet or smartphone) then put them on a USB flash drive or memory card. The guide has driver details for models with Intel WiFi adapter. If your model has a non-Intel WiFi adapter (Broadcom or other) you need to download drivers from samsung.com. Once you have WiFi working (or through a good old LAN cable) you should be able to use SW Update to install everything else.
The guide has a download link to it. Letting SW Update do its thing will ensure that the correct drivers get installed in the correct order. It is possible that the BIOS update you mention caused an incompatibility with the drivers on Samsung's web site (which haven't been updated in several years). John is correct, I apologize for the misinformation: It appears that SW Update only lists Win8 drivers for this model.
Seeing that the latest drivers on samsung.com are from 2011, I am quite puzzled by that - and impressed that Samsung supports Win8 on this model. You can still use the guide, but you will have to manually install the drivers that you downloaded - in the order listed in the guide. It is important that you install the Chipset driver as the very first, that could solve several issues. Should i give it a try with the Utility Settings on my current OS to see if it helps with my current problem and if it solves it i will install fresh again the windows.
Even if it doesn`t solve it, i will try again, install the windows and install all the win8 drivers and if doesn`t work, i will try the rolling back Bios that John shared with me ( thanks for that ). P.S Guys by any chance can explain why can`t i find this thread on Tapatalk. And by any chance you guys keep your eyes peal for the next hours to this thread so we can keep in touch? Thanks again to both Update after downloading the Easy Settings from SW update Win8 and unrar it i`ve seen that are 2 folders 1st-win7 and 2nd-win8, trying to install the kit from win7 freezed up again my laptop.
